Minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and only a 40 minute drive to Winter Park, this studio provides the perfect home base for exploring beautiful Colorado!

This condo has all the luxuries and comforts you'll need to kick back, relax, and enjoy the stunning views (and sunsets) from the huge patio. With a comfortable king bed and a convenient sofa bed in the living room, there's plenty of space for relaxation. There is also a full kitchen, a washer/dryer if needed, ambient heating, and a huge modern bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Grand Lake! The place was spotlessly clean, perfectly centrally located and the owner was fantastic to work with—super responsive and accommodating. Everything we needed for a relaxing Colorado getaway. We’d definitely book again!

This place is fantastic! It’s rare that a rental lives up to the pictures/descriptions but this one definitely does. Even though it’s a studio it didn’t feel cramped at all. Kitchen was very well done and had more than enough to cook meals while there. The balcony was great! We also loved being able to walk out the door and be on the boardwalk. Bathroom was roomy and so well done. Overall one of the best places we have stayed!

My family and I, including our young kids, enjoyed our stay. It was super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, like extra linens and cooking essentials. The location was great, right in town and close to the lake. We would love to stay again.
