Great Location to Campus and Victorian Village

The house has beautiful stained glass windows in almost every room. It's in a great location for OSU gamedays and is very walkable. I would recommend it. It easily slept 10 adults.

Fantastic find

Stayed here for a football weekend against Iowa. The house is "Awesome" great location, easy parking, and so close to the stadium(it took less than 20 min. to walk to the stadium). Everything I could of asked for on a football weekend. Excellent communication with the owners. Everything I needed was already thought of. Thank you for a great weekend

Great Neighborhood, Beautiful House, Terrible Experience

Our recent stay was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. The overgrown yard, filthy hot tub (requiring a full day to clean), and a sewage backup in the basement significantly impacted our enjoyment and necessitated a day away from the property. While we appreciate the plumber’s visit, a one-night refund doesn't adequately compensate for the disruption to our family vacation. We believe a more substantial refund is warranted.

September 2024 - Safety Hazard

We stayed at this rental space in September from the 19th to the 23rd in 2024. Most of our stay was normal and easy to communicate with the host. However, we did not find out till our arrival that some of the accommodation was in the attic, that was not air-conditioned, aside from a small electric AC unit. Also during our stay, the ceiling fan fell where our friend was sleeping in the attic room. It was not securely fastened and the glass shattered and spread far, causing a huge safety hazard. Upon seeing this, we messaged the host who apologized. Given the extreme safety hazard we had asked the host to accommodate us in some way, yet we received no reply in terms of asking for a refund. I would not recommend this rental space due to the host’s lack of prompt response and ability to recognize the gravity of the situation. As a host, it was clear that safety was not a priority for him.
