Cozy Dream Spaces: You'll find two beautifully furnished bedrooms downstairs, each featuring plush queen-size beds for your ultimate comfort.
Stylish and Practical Bathrooms: Our bathroom comes complete with a sleek shower plate and complimentary shampoo and gel, ensuring your routine stays uninterrupted.
Living in Comfort: Step into our bright living room, where there's plenty of space to relax and have fun. Whether you're dining with friends, unwinding after a long day, or planning your city adventures, our cozy space is designed for up to 4 guests and comes with an HD TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Cook Up a Storm: Feel free to indulge your culinary cravings in our fully equipped kitchen. We've got everything you need to whip up a memorable meal.

Quiet hours are in effect from 11 PM to 8 AM.
Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, and non-compliance will result in a $500 fee.
In-Person Check-In
Late Check-In Fees:
$30 for arrivals after 9 PM.
$50 for arrivals after 11 PM.
$100 for arrivals between midnight and 1 AM.
Check-Out:
The official check-out time is 11 AM.
***We kindly ask that no mail or packages be delivered to the building, please note that sending packages to the Airbnb is not guaranteed to be received, and we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
We recommend having packages delivered to the nearest post office located at 335 E 14 St, New York, NY 10009 for your convenience.
