-Bedroom 2: Queen bed, bathroom with shower/tub combo steps away in the hallway
-Office: Private flex space with an oversized desk with room for 2.
Other Things To Note.
*Please inquire prior to booking more than 28 nights. +Areas in the home may not be suitable for younger guests due to fragile and small items in the tiki room. Please be aware of this when booking, as it will be your responsibility to ensure no damage to items or the vintage furniture occurs.
+A garage remote is provided for your convenience. Please leave on counter at your check out. Lost remote fee is $50.
+One vehicle can be parked in the garage, oversized vehicles may not fit lengthwise but can be parked in driveway. Two vehicles fit in the driveway.
+If your stay falls over a Monday, we kindly request that you roll the black trash bin to the curb on Sunday nights. If you are unable to do this, please let us know and we can roll it to the curb.
+Lawn maintenance- typically a just a quick mow, occurs on Tuesdays throughout the winter & spring: Landscaper will access the backyard through the side gate. If you prefer that this not occur during your stay, please let us know and we will do everything that we can to coordinate another time.
+The tiki room projector is 720p and 4:3 aspect ratio. The screen is covering a window, and as with most projectors, is most enjoyable when viewed in evening hours.
+Charcoal grill is located on the side of the home. Charcoal/fluid is not provided but there grilling utensils in the hallway storage closet. Please dispose of used charcoal, re-cover grill, clean and return utensils to closet when done.
+Toiletries and paper items intended for first 7 nights of stay. Items will not be restocked for longer term stays.
+Storage shed in backyard is kept locked and is not accessible to guests.
+Please report any issues with the home within 24 hours of check-in.
+AC should not be run if the outdoor temperature is 60 degrees or lower. Any stays of 28 days or longer will be charged for any utility usage (electric, gas, water) over $300.
+Please log out of personal tv apps at checkout. We do not monitor tv’s and log out of apps.
+Early check-in or late check-out may be available at a rate of $50/hour. Please inquire for this as tight turnarounds may not allow this.
