Welcome to our beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Coyote Landing in Mesa, AZ, perfect for your next desert getaway. Just steps from the pool, this spacious and thoughtfully designed retreat offers a blend of comfort, style, and convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements

The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and plenty of closet space, providing a relaxing private space for rest.
The second and third bedrooms each include comfortable queen-sized beds, perfect for family members or friends.
Living Space
The condo's open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a seamless flow that’s perfect for both relaxation and socializing. The living room features comfortable reclining sofas in a soothing neutral palette, making it a great spot to unwind with a movie or enjoy conversations.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, making meal prep a breeze. Enjoy your culinary creations at the adjacent dining area.

Outdoor Amenities

PARKING IS LIMITED TO ONE CAR DURING JANUARY THRU MARCH, all other times two passes are available. There are limited guest parking spaces for day time parking only, no overnight parking.

Winter escape

Great location, was visiting friends in Apache Junction. Great location in the complex, easy in and out as well as right next to the pool and hot tub. Amy was a great host!

Great condo in Mesa!

This condo was a great 3 bedroom unit for our family in a quiet, well-kept, gated community. Perfect for us and our children ages 4 and 7. The unit is steps from the main pool and hot tub which made things so easy! Would definitely stay again!
