OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

*Doorbell Camera*: For your safety, there is a doorbell camera at the front door with a view to the outside only. No cameras are installed inside the condo.

This is a second floor unit that requires one flight of stairs to access the front door.

Owner is not responsible for the home owner's association temporary shutdown of any amenities. The owner will do it's best to keep you informed of any closure that it is aware of during a guest's stay.
