The kitchen has full size appliances for preparing meals. 2 queen-size beds and a full bathroom stocked with linens and towels for your comfort.
Enjoy amazing sunsets and starry nights on your private deck. We also offer air conditioning, heating and WiFi. Enjoy a dinner prepared on the grill just steps from your front door while soaking in the tranquil lake views. Want to enjoy some lake fun? You can rent a boat just a short walk down the hill at Tims Ford Marina. We hope you enjoy our amazing property and all Tims Ford Lake has to offer.

Tims Ford Marina and Resort is in Winchester, Tennessee, on the picturesque Tims Ford Lake. Our marina is home to 350 boat slips, 15 rental cabins, 30 RV spaces, and a rental boat fleet. Members and visitors can also enjoy a fully stocked ship’s store, fuel dock, Freedom Boat Club, and on-site Tracker Boat dealership. Our seasonal lakefront restaurant, the Hard Dock Café, is a local favorite where customers can expect to find delicious dishes served with a side of warm Southern hospitality. Come and savor the panoramic views while toasting with good friends, grazing on delicious grub, and listening to live local music.
