Great Disneyland place to stay

We had a great stay and would definitely book again. The only minor complaint, and I mean very minor is that the place could use a little sprucing up. Other than that, it was perfect.

Beautiful home close to Disneyland

Worked perfect for our group. Ran into a couple maintenance issues but the maintenance manager was very responsive and got someone out to fix the issue promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Customer service from property manager is excellent. Home was clean and comfortable; and about a 20 minute walk from the Convention Center and Disney. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Disneyland Trip

House was as described. Kids really enjoyed the heated pool. Easy access to Disneyland. Would definitely use again next time we go to Disneyland.

Extremely happy with the amenities, however there was an ant problem around the pool. It was represented well in the VRBO listing. We truly enjoyed this home and hope to stay again someday. Thank you!

Only half our group got to stay due to illness but the rental was as advertised. Long walk to Disney parks but doable. They didnt see fireworks from parks at the house.

Just okay

The house was remodeled a long time ago and could use a refresher. The tiles on the kitchen floor are loose and my son cut his toe on one of the broken tiles. It was clean but kinda rundown. Pool was great. Location to Disney is perfect but we’ve stayed at nicer homes in the area for the same price. Check in and communication was easy.

Disney Getaway

House had plenty of space for 9 of us. There was some damage that needs repair…..cracked tiles, missing grout, drawer handles missing….just general maintenance. Lots of cobwebs everywhere, tape left on walls from previous guests. Vert uncomfortable beds. We did enjoy the outdoor space very much.

Great location & very spacious

Great location. The house is very clean & plenty of room to sleep with bunk beds in 2 bedrooms. Bedding smelled very fresh. We appreciate the abundance of towels including beach towels. It was a bit too chilly to swim but the pool was nicely heated. We didn’t do any cooking but kitchen is very well equipped. Tip to people that need coffee to survive in the morning like me - you need to bring your own coffee ground as this is not provided. Overall excellent stay and we definitely will keep this property in mind should we return to the area in the future.

Nice house

The house is nice the neighbors was throwing trash in the front lawn we was never in that area the house was very dusty all the rules they have doesn’t fit neighborhood they were very loud behind us playing music and all the grill needs to be replaced the trash cans out side was filled was’nt able to put trash in it

Disney house

Our stay was good from the standpoint of minutes to Disney and the pool was nice which is why I said three stars. But the house had a funky smell and the bathrooms had fixtures corroded from years of use or Anaheim s water is really bad . Nothing 2 hours and new fixtures couldn’t fix , but after learning they have 48 rentals the care factor made more sense . Could be a great house with a little attention.

Disneyland Trip

The property is great and had most everything we needed. If you are a coffee drinker, bring coffee with you as well as any sugar you may need. We found the need for baggies and foil which also were not available at rental. The pool was fabulous and plenty of pool towels. There is lots of space and comfort. We did find the property to be too far for us to walk to Disneyland, but Ubers are available at less cost than parking. We were a group of 10 and found ourselves comfortable with all the space and were over all happy with rental. I appreciated the prompt responses from owner when we had a need.

Had have the toliets worked on 3 times

The toliets wouldnt flush right had to have maintance come 3 times. Also property management notified my family to remove our RV from driveway when we were just unloading our luggage. We new the rules we were placing our 26 RV in storage an had a van rental waiting for us to pick up. Still havent tecieved my deposit back an its been over 30 days@@@ stay on your toes when dealing with this company in California

Our stay

The amenities were great (we had everything we needed for cooking, hygiene, washing supplies and pool towels. Pool was nice. All the televisions were nice! The bathroom towels were old and worn out. The garage had a horrible smell. I am assuming it was the washing machine. Musky smells through the house. The garage floor was nasty. Garage needs a deep clean if you are going to have entertainment and washing machine out there. The air conditioning struggled to stay between 73-74 even when it was set at 72. Most nights I was sweating. The guest bathroom fixtures in the bathtub need to be replaced. The outdoor furniture had bird poop all on the chairs. On the 4th day we saw tiny ants coming from the garbage disposal FYI
