Nestled near the heart of Smithville, you will find this cozy retreat. If you want a getaway from your routine, peaceful surroundings, or just want to be close to the lake, this location has it.
Just renovated (completed June 2024), two bedroom, one bathroom, living room with open concept, full kitchen, and laundry facilities. Beautiful and comfortable for your whole family, with modern conveniences, and also vintage details that feature local history. The outdoor space includes front porch, back deck, firepit, and additional deck covered by a grape arbor, in a large private yard with room to park your boat or small camper.
Simple country living with amenities that give a touch of luxury, including a custom shower with four body sprays, handheld spray, and rain showerhead. NO CATS ALLOWED.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, ample charging ports, and blackout curtains for privacy and sleeping comfort. The living room has a 75” smart TV with cable and guest access for streaming apps. We are continually working to make improvements to our property.
Also, two kayaks are available for your use.
Our home is intended to be a tranquil environment where you can relax and recharge. Full time residents live in the adjoining unit. Therefore no parties are allowed. Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Keep your dog on a leash outside at all times and use a pooper scooper. Do not leave your dog at the property when you leave the premises. Do not allow your dog on any furniture, not on the living room furniture and not on the beds. Pack and play (playpen) is for human guests only - do not use it for your fur baby. One dog allowed, no cats. The pack and play is not set up, to allow more room in the bedroom. I am happy to set it up if you will need it. Just let me know before your stay.
