Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally located condo in downtown Cincinnati. The top floor of building allows for tall ceilings, skylights, & ample natural light. The exposed brick walls and hardwood floors bring warmth to this open space.

Walking distance to the Aronoff Center of The Arts, Hard Rock Casino, Reds baseball & Bengals football stadiums & many restaurants.

Located directly on the Connector (public streetcar) route, making it easy to access the entire city. No elevator.

The space
- main bedroom with adjoining full bath & king bed
- 2nd bedroom with 2 full beds & adjustable-height desk
- full kitchen with island
- living room with sleeper sofa
- separate dining room with table for 8
- full-size washer and dryer in unit
- luggage rack and clothes storage in each bedroom
- both bathrooms have showers only; no bathtubs

- Guests will have full access to entire condo; no shared living spaces within the unit.
- Communal locked entrance to the building. Stairs are shared with 2 other units.
- Unit located on the 4th floor; 3 flights of stairs, no elevator.

Great city spot

This is a beautiful and spacious loft space. The high ceilings and skylights make for a gorgeous and comfortable space to hang out. Be aware that it is a walk-up on the 4th floor! This allows for all the charm, but is a hike. The location is convenient to lots of Downtown destinations, and it felt like a safe area. Don’t hesitate to book this gem!

Amazing Condo Close to everything!

This was one of the nicest vacation rentals that I've ever been in, and we have traveled all over the world staying at vacation rentals. We couldn't have asked for a better location, we came for an event downtown just a block and a half away. It was also nice that we were close to Kroger and so many restaurants! The condo was absolutely breathtaking, and the architecture was definitely original but the condo was very modern clean and well thought out for our group. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone's that is planning on staying in the downtown area. The only downfall is the four flights of stairs, but for us that was not an issue as we probably needed the exercise anyway!

lovely loft

We had an initial snafu, but the owner very quickly responded and resolved the issue. Communication with Alissa was easy & straightforward. The residence is a newly renovated unit on the top floor of a historic building: quite a surprise actually. The abundant skylights provided great light and the ability to gauge the weather outside (and to hear the rain pleasantly). Kitchen was well-equipped, as we prepared food for a family reunion picnic. Having 2 bathrooms was nice for our party of 5. There was lots of room to spread out and a giant TV. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful place!

This air b&b was just as advertised! It was beautiful and clean! Parking can be tricky, but there are lots close to the air b&b.
