Buena relación calidad precio

La casa está muy bien, es espaciosa, los sofás y colchones son muy buenos, tiene aire acondicionado que se agradece especialmente por las tardes, ya que no es una zona muy fresca a esas horas.

Agradable, con muy buena ubicación

Nos ha gustado sobre todo la ubicación del piso, muy cercano al puerto, comercios y playas. El piso es acogedor, con una terraza que da a un parque, muy agradable para desayunar o cenar. La única pega ha sido por la limpieza un poco justa.

Séjour très agréable.

Appartement très bien situé et lumineux. Accueil très sympathique. Prospectus d'information pour visiter la région au top. Un plus, le parking en sous-sol, l'ascenseur. La literie est super confortable et si nous pouvions avoir les références du matelas, ce serait bien. Nous regrettons malgré tout que tout soit en anglais. Il manquerait peut-être une cafetière plus pratique. À découvrir.

Très bon séjour pour la deuxième fois

Nous sommes venus pour la 2ème fois et sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. L'appartement est très bien placé et très agréable. La cuisine et la chambre "d'enfants" donnent sur une cour intérieure, mais la pièce à vivre et la grande chambre donnent sur un jardin public, ce sont deux pièces très lumineuses et sans vis à vis. On peut tout faire à pied (courses, plage, restaurant) pendant que la voiture est gérée au sous sol. Le propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueilli sur place sont réactifs, et bien que nous ne parlions pas anglais, la communication a toujours été possible. Une seule suggestion : poêle et casserole me semblent avoir fait leur temps !

nothing but the best

Second time that we have stayed, the 1st time was some time ago, it was excellent then and still is, we would recommend Richards apartment to any one who needs to be close to the beach and the many restaurants in an around the sea front. We did not hire a car this time but asked Graham to collect and return us to airport for a small fee, he also helped us when we had to go to Mercia to find our spanish bank, he even found the address for us. he is also full of local knowledge. We will be returning next year that is for sure, only this time we will go when its a little cooler.

Brilliant

Accommodation was fantastic - first time here and it did not disappoint. In the next street to El Puerto, underground parking, large and spacious rooms equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again

Fantastic Time.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We have our own villa about 10 minutes away in Bolnuevo but decided to rent here to be close to friends who were retiring and we are so glad we did. Everything you can want is all within a 5 minute walk and the apartment has all the amenities you could ask for including aircon/heaters, sat tv, playstation 2 etc along with a fully kitted out kitchen. Would happily stay here again and would recommend to my friends who are coming over to visit us.

Weekend get away

We were in need of a weekend away and decided to take advantage of a Thursday evening flight from east midlands to Murcia,this was ideal as in 4 hrs door to door we were there! The atmosphere at this time of year is amazing with the Spanish families holidaying also,a real taste of old spain with classy bars,restaurants and a beautiful port.we would definitely recommend this apartment and location to couples and families as there is a great buzz about the port during the summer.we loved it.

Absolutley loved the holiday!

The apartment was fantastic! Great location for only a 5 minute walk to the marina and beach area. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It was a good size and had nice balcony with table and chairs to relax on in an evening. The apartment block also felt very secure and had a lift which was great for our prams! We went in September and the weather was gorgeous. We went with our little boy of 2 and our friends and their 6 month old baby. The resort itself is lovely and the beach was brilliant. We went on the beach every day as it has a gente slope into the water and was perfect for kids. There are lots of nice cafe bars surrounding the beach and marina area so you can leave your bits on the beach and cool down with a nice cold drink and ice cream at one of them! I can definatly recommend these apartments and the resort and know we will definatly be rebooking!!

Spanish couple

We are a Spanish couple who have just come from a 10-day stay in this apartment. We had a really good time there. The apartment is located near beaches with beautiful views. It's a place to be calm and relaxed. The apartment has everything you need, well equipped and clean. The people we have been in contact to rent and pick up the keys have been very nice with us. Just returned from a week in Puerto de Mazarron. This area of Spain has so much to offer for a relaxing holiday there are lots of good walks the beaches are clean and safe and there are a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The apartment is ideally situated within easy walking distance of beaches the marina shops and restaurants it is very well equipped, clean and maintained to a high standard.This is not my first visit to this apartment and I have recommended it to friends who have been and like me cannot wait to return.
