- LVP flooring and a remodeled bathroom with a soaking tub
- Fire pit and private view of the woods, perfect for unwinding (and pretending you're camping without the tent struggles)

- Access to a washer and dryer is available upon request for stays of 30 days or longer
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire unit, including the outdoor firepit area. Enjoy the serene private view and the comforts of our modern amenities. We offer self-check-in with a lock box for your convenience. For your security, there is a Ring camera that records video and sound, but it is only used for emergencies.
Other things to note
Pets: We're pet-friendly! Your furry friends are welcome, just make sure to pick up after them. Dogs can be walked on the street.

Noise: People are living upstairs, and they have pets too. So, you might hear the occasional paw-step or playful bark, but we handle it ASAP.

Bugs: We live next to the woods, which means bugs might pop by to say hello. We do regular pest control, but a stray bug might slip through—think of it as an extra local wildlife experience.

Safety: Our neighborhood is incredibly safe, with lots of sheriffs and police officers living nearby. Rest easy, you're in good hands.
