Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few important points for accuracy: First, I want to say I absolutely did not shout at any guest. I take pride in treating every guest with respect, and I do my best to resolve any concerns as quickly and calmly as possible. I was surprised by the tone and behavior I encountered, which I found unnecessarily rude and confrontational. Regarding the listing details: VRBO currently does not allow for complete customization of bed types in their system — for example, they do not offer a "single bed" option, which has caused discrepancies between what's in the home and how it displays online. The listing shows 4 sleeping areas (including the fold-down sofa, which is clearly explained), and we’ve done our best within VRBO’s limitations to represent this accurately. Yes, there was an issue with the main shower on the day of check-in, which I informed the guests about as soon as it became known. This was an unexpected maintenance issue, and I made sure the en suite shower was available and fully functional for use. As for the heating, it is on a timer and thermostat, but I was happy to assist in making adjustments upon request. This property is kept clean and well-maintained, and I am always available to assist guests. However, I ask that guests also communicate respectfully when bringing up concerns. I'm always open to feedback, but I will not tolerate false accusations or aggressive behavior.
