Newly renovated studio with a fully renovated bathroom and kitchenette, new tile floor, and modern appliances, this space offers comfort and convenience. Only 4 blocks from the beach and very close to La Placita.
Since there is a club located downstairs, it is possible that music from the club may be audible in the studio until 2:00 am on Friday's and Saturday's only.
Experience convenience and comfort in our newly renovated studio apartment. Just minutes from San Juan International airport and a few blocks from La Placita and Condado Beach, this apartment is located in the most convenient spot in San Juan.
You will have full, private access to the apartment.
We are available by phone, text and the Airbnb app.
