Anthony was a wonderful host, willing to help with anything we needed. The location was very walkable to Supermax grocery, restaurants, and the beach. We would stay here again! The price is so reasonable.

Host had good communication and answered questions very fast. Host also let us stay a little longer on our last day due to our flight leaving later in the day. Room is walking distance to store, shops and food. Also short walk to the beach. If your looking for a place just to sleep and shower in between activities this is it. Nothing fancy just a place to sleep and thats what we were looking for.

Perfect Location

Very easy to find from SJU. Very close to beaches and restaurants. Nice neighborhood.

Excellent communication and response to getting the property cleaned after we arrived early. Couldn't ask for a better cultural experience with the location, privacy, and ease to get to multiple areas including food, beach, and shopping!!

The owner was very nice and the bed was comfortable however there were ants and roaches including by the bathroom sink, toilet, refrigerator. I would not stay here again. However great location.

Isla Verde

Walkable, nearest store is the Super Max, the beach entrance is right across from that store. There’s 787 Coffee and other restaurants on the main road. It was cozy! A little noisy neighbors, but nothing you can’t block out with tv and ear plugs.
