Located in the heart of Downtown Fort Myers, this elegant 560 sq ft penthouse features a stunning water view and an elevated escape.

Discover the dynamic downtown area with exquisite dining, cultural venues, and entertainment options just steps away. Perfect for leisure travelers seeking an exhilarating city experience or business travelers needing convenience.

Access to the entire penthouse (excluding a locked closet).

The bedroom has a queen bed, 43” TV, dresser, 2 night stands and 2 closets. Beautiful waterfront view.

The living room has a sleep sofa, 50” TV and beautiful waterfront view for an elevated escape.

Dining room seats 4.

Kitchen has stove top, convection oven, dishwasher, full refrigerator.

Penthouse equipped with ironing board/iron. Laundry room is on each floor in the building (located to the left of the penthouse).

A code is needed in certain areas of the building and for entry in the building. This code is sent to you by text message via ButterflyMX.

All guests must park vehicles on the rooftop in the parking lot.

***Dockage is not included. There are several marinas nearby.

No pets allowed. There is a $500 penalty fee for failure to abide by the rule.
No smoking allowed. There is a $250 penalty fee for failure to abide by the rule.
Before you arrive you are required to complete guest verification through a third-party provider TRUVI. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. It is required prior to your arrival in order to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Please note that while we strive to provide the best possible experience during your stay, certain amenities outside the apartment but within the building ( pool, gym, hot tub, laundry room, and common areas) may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, or other unforeseen circumstances. These situations are beyond our control, and we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for such occurrences. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

The condo was exactly as shown on the listing. The view was great and the actual condo in perfect shape. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with getting settled in the actual condo. The building which the condo is located within was in perfect condition and clean. I feel certain the building isn't that new of a building but they have certainly kept it in A shape. Parking was easy to get in and out and a safe feel to it.

The penthouse was beautiful, view was amazing (windows could use a good cleaning considering your staying in the Penthouse for the view). The communication was excellent with response time exceptional! The shower is still not draining as mentioned in another review which is not terrible but its been that way since July and fills up while showering fairly quickly, hence the 4 stars. Overall I was pleased and it did have everything we needed and was close to downtown...I would recommend if looking for a clean, convenient place to stay with a beautiful view...

The positive: host was responsive, bed was comfortable, location was great and the view was awesome.The negative -- floor and counter top was dirty, refrigerator looked like it had been wiped down with a dirty wet cloth, furniture was uncomfortable and the kitchen chair was actually shaking and unsafe to sit in, we can only imagine how dirty the black rug in the bathroom is. Sorry for the negative report but it was not up to

Perfect for Us, albeit a little tricky

It was perfect for us, and I hope to stay there again. The tricky part is that the building is being actively renovated from top to bottom, so there were a number of hiccups like the Wi-Fi being redone or the security switching fobs suddenly. To the hosts' credit, they were very communicative and responsive, so none caused any huge disruption for us. Also, I expect this is a short-term concern for most. Thanks so much for our best stay in Fort Myers, bar none.

Pretty good, just two minor issues.

Listing is accurate and the property is in a great location. Unit was clean and cozy. Only issues I had was the key fob didn't work, but that's kind of moot as the punch-in code works easily. And also, the shower wasn't draining well, but I let them know and I assume they'd fix it immediately based of how well everything else is maintained.

Location Location Location

We love the location of this place. Nice amenities too - pool gym. I would say hot tub but it was cold. The only reason I rated cleanliness a 4 was because of the overwhelming smell of Gain and Downey. It was so pervasive that I had a headache and could not sleep. Our host quickly responded and brought new bedding. It helped but I could still smell it. In my opinion when renting to the public everything should be done in unscented. That scented stuff is toxic. Never had that issue anywhere else. Would love to stay there again. We come yearly to Ft Myers
