🌳 Shared Spaces: The patio, laundry area, and parking spaces are shared with other guests. Please be mindful and respectful of others enjoying these spaces.

🐾 Pet-Friendly: We welcome pets! Other guests in nearby units may also have pets, so your furry companions will feel right at home. To ensure a clean and pleasant stay, we kindly ask that pets bring their own bed and stay off the furniture.

🔇 No Parties or Loud Noise: Please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

🔒 Home Security & Care
✔️ Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open—please do not attempt to force them.
🛋️ Do not move furniture. If necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out.

🐶 Pet Policy
We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (small breed only). The fee is $60 for each small dog . All dogs must be declared in advance.
