Charming 3-bedroom lake house on amazing Grand Lake, Oklahoman on Echo Bay.
This 3-bedroom house in Afton on Monkey Island is perfect for your escape to the lake. for all the local attractions, water sports and fishing. Large wrap around deck with views of the lake in a very peaceful setting with a gentle slope to the lake.
With a full kitchen, plenty of seating at table or counter, heating, AC, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms provide convenience for all. The nice and wonderful atmosphere of this property will make your stay tremendous. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
Note: this is a new house and there are some interior trim on windows and doors that are still being worked on (not while you are there) but all the other amenities of a fully equipped home are installed and working. There is currently not a dock on the 275 feet of lakeshore but will be installed in spring of 2025.
Local marina's rent boats and Jet Skies for your convenience.
