New Modern Hip Beach Apartment! Super Airy, with natural light in every room! This is a private corner apartment on the second (top) floor. Less than a block away from the Redondo Riviera Village with over 40 restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, salons and more!

Enjoy this beautiful apartment while you use the fully stocked kitchen and all the beach supplies you could possibly need like boogie boards, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, towels..etc! The parking spot is on the property right below the unit and only fits one vehicle. Trucks like Ford F150 will not fit. In that case you will have to park on the street. It’s free and no permit is required.

Wonderful location in walking distance to the beach and everything else you need. Great communication with manager. Property was well stocked as was the shed with so many beach needs. Just show up and enjoy!!

Just as described and easy walking distance to everywhere in Hollywood Riviera. Manager was super responsive and nice.

Perfection!

We LOVED our stay here. The place was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic and we were able to walk to the beach and to restaurants. The host was great as well.

Peaceful beautiful place

Everything was great!! Only one thing… the windows were very dirty and the blnds very dusty.. otherwise it was perfect!!

The place was perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach and restaurants. Cute place and had what we needed. Couple things we had issues with. It was very hard to get responses from the host. We got details to enter property past the check in time and that was with reminders. Also there was an ant issue in the kitchen. Do not leave food of any kind on counters. Last the coffee grinder did not work. Other then that, apartment was great. Thanks!

LOVE THE SO CLOSE ACCESS TO THE REDONDO BEACH ESPLANADE!!

This lovely photo above portrays exactly what you'll see inside. For my husband & I, it was just what we needed! And it is everything + more. A lot of extra details that add up quickly for a relaxing, peaceful, quiet stay. We will be back!

Poor Timing

The unit was as described and generally good. The problem we had was that the heater did not work correctly and the back up space heater did not work. One attempt was made to fix the heater but needed a part. A back up space heater was provided after a day. Would probably not be a problem but when we were there the temp was in the 40’s and 50’s. The poor timing and follow up made it a poor experience.

First: I'd like to see the person who could make it to the beach in 100 steps from the front door! There were15 steps to the staircase, then down 16 stairs, and then a block and a half to the ramp to the beach! Second: The picture in the ad was of the FRONT duplex! The apartment we were given was behind the duplex, and over the garages that belonged to someone else. (We were required to park with the passenger side of our car up against a wall next to the garages. My husband had to move the car before I could get in or out.)Third: The kitchen had ants. We discovered them the first day. We found ant traps under the sink, so this was not a new problem. You couldn't leave anything out on a countertop.I believed I had booked a cozy place right across from the beach. If I stood on my toes, and looked out the upper right corner of the bedroom window, I could make out a small rectangular ocean view. The ad was absolutely misleading. Since I was on crutches and in a walking boot, I would never have booked this property had I known it required steps to a 2nd-floor entry. Aside from the ants, the interior was clean and adequate. That's why I allowed 2 stars instead of one.

We enjoyed the location and the parking area off the street. We walked to great restaurants for breakfast and supper and also to the beach. The neighborhood was great, quiet and perfect for our stay.
