Our high-end property sits on over two acres and features vaulted ceilings, 4 bedrooms, and a master suite (sleeps 5 with a king bed and a bunk bed with three twin mattresses) with a two person jetted tub and shower. Plenty of room. Beautiful views. Wild Turkey and deer visit the yard. Easy to get around Rapid City and surrounding areas. Just a few little improvements needed like master bedroom closet. New non-stick pans and change the door direction on the dryer. Really enjoyed our stay

The house was wonderful for my family. Loved the site, had lots of room to walk the dogs. Had a question and the host answered fast and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again. The shrubbery around the front needs trimming. When you come in at night especially. But was not major problem. Thanks.

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the major roads. Nice area to go for a walk and for the kids to ride bike. Lots of room in the house and yard for the kids to run.

The property was overall great! Very spacious and clean. The views were great. I loved the privacy. The property could use a little TLC but nothing huge. The listing lists more available beds than are in the unit (the Jack and Jill rooms only have 1 bed each, not 2, and there are only 2 twin beds in the master, not 3). The beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this property!

Great property for our needs between home sales. Cozy and well stocked with towels and bedding. My dogs were comfortable and enjoyed the very large yard and open areas surrounding the home. Convenient location near town and the highway. Thank you.

Andrew was prompt with getting back to us. The house was great for our family of 12 . Nice big yard for a kickball game. The kids had fun exploring. They allowed dogs,(great) and could easily provide a comfortable fence area in back with a area that's already set up for. If Just some repair was done. Overall we were very pleased. This house is beautiful! It has plenty of rooms/beds, a fantastic kitchen that is the perfect place to gather as a group, and the location is private at the top of a small hill with a gorgeous view. Everything we needed in regards to kitchenware was provided. It was clean, with both a modern and “lived in” feel, which truly made us feel at home. And on top of all of that, our dogs were welcome. That was priceless. Our group of family and friends couldn’t have been happier. I highly recommend this location, and I’m so grateful to our host. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This was a wonderful location and perfect for our needs. The home was decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch. The land it sits on was great for traveling with pets with 2 acres and a short walking path on site. We had all the basic amenities needed. Host was responsive. Would definitely recommend.
