The active homestead is off-the-grid and located down a 3 mile, county maintained gravel road. This awesome duplex comes with a living room featuring a sectional sofa, perfect for extra guests, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and your own private patio with a patio swing, picnic table, and pellet smoker surrounded by raised garden beds. With amenities like a hair dryer, swamp cooler, washing machine, and WiFi, your stay will be enjoyable and stress-free. Relax in the tranquil atmosphere of this cozy duplex after a day of exploring.

Chelsea is originally from Wisconsin while Levi is a Rock Springs original. We met when I moved for work and eventually acquired this homestead. We like to work on projects, travel and meet new people.

Our property is unique because we have the biggest house in the neighborhood and the whole neighborhood is off-grid. We are working hard to make the place more unique by putting in a stone barn for our horses, creating a beautiful space downstairs for guests, and planting A LOT of trees.
