Fantastic

We loved the condo. The open floor plan, great amenities, washer and dryer, and screened balcony. The sunsets were superb. Each morning the dolphins came by to put on a show. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Great location. We would book the condo again. Maybe next year.

Great Place to Stay

This is a fabulous place to stay. Perfect setting and location. Condo was great. Clean and as advertized . The pool and hot were perfect and a private beach with Dolphins feeding each morning was just amazing. Highly recommended and we are already planning our return trip next year.

Clean, spacious and well-furnished condo with a great and wholly private lanai facing the Intracoastal Waterway, several small keys, and Sanibel in the distance. Five stars for thd view. Didn’t use pool or beach but from prior visits we know they are excellent.

It doesn't get better than this! WONDERFUL!

This condo had everything! It was immaculate and soooo comfortable with a furnished screened in porch that offered a view of the ocean, with sunsets that made you sigh. We have stayed in this condo complex 3 times before, but this was by far the nicest unit. It is truly a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed our stay

Our place was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had great sunset views. Loved seeing the occasional dolphin, as well as birds flying near our unit. We appreciated the clear instructions for check in and check out.

Very nice Stay

The apartment was very nice. Well decorated. Parking was very good too. There was an issue with the AC that they need to fix, but one person went to ck it out, although they could not fix it because of the holiday. Thank you

Great Place!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted a place to relax when we weren’t playing. This place was great. The property is secluded, quiet, and well kept. The unit had the amenities of home, a great view (for sunsets and afternoon storms), nice pool, and nice private beach area. We’d certainly stay here again. TIP: The place isn’t far from the things you need, but far enough where you’ll only make the “oh I forgot something” mistake one time! As a result, I ended up overbuying at the grocery store so think ahead (sugar/Splenda, spices, laundry detergent, snacks, etc.) Property suggestion: Provide some ingredients (sugar, splenda, basic cooking spices, etc.)

Awesome relaxing stay

I stayed at this property for the first time. We had an amazing time. Beach was right downstairs. Small beach but clean and quiet. Pool was right before the beach and also very clean and relaxing. There were outlet stores less than 2 miles away. Restaurants very close and all very good service and food. We ventured out to Captiva beach which was less than a 15 minute drive. For a quickly planned short get away we had an amazing time.

Perfect Sanibel Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. It was quiet, safe, and clean. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves, and we even spotted dolphin swimming by! The unit has everything you need, just come and unwind. It had a private beach, which was nice, but if you are in to shelling, you will need to go over to Sanibel to have luck. The condo is literally located at the entrance to the bridge to the island. Ten minutes drive and we were at the Lighthouse beach and there were shells galore! Grocery store and restaurants were also very close. A perfect little getaway. I would definitely return there.

Perfect Location

The condo was beautifully decorated and within close proximity to everything that we needed. The mattresses were extremely hard. We attempted to use spare blankets and comforters on top of the bed to try and soften a bit. Smoke detector began beeping our 2nd night in. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves of the ocean. Pool was wonderful. Overall, the perfect property to rent again !

Great getaway

Very relaxing. Loved the balcony and spent many hours there. Poor coffee machine was replaced immediately once reported. There were some dirty dishes, otherwise linens and towels clean and fresh. Great location near Sanibel.

Nice and quiet

The property was very nice and in a quiet location. We saw dolphins and manatee right off the beach. It could have been a little more updated and less switches and stuff all over. Tv remote was complicated-we are pretty tec savvy. Over all it was a nice place
