We're sorry the mattress wasn't comfortable for you. We understand that mattress comfort is very personal, and we're always evaluating guest feedback when making improvements. We'd also like to clarify a few points for future guests. The double doors you mentioned are not an entrance to another rental unit. They are owner-access doors used only after guest check-out for moving furniture and performing maintenance and cleaning, and we never access the property during a guest's stay. The bedroom's exterior door is a standard exterior exit equipped with its normal locking hardware, and we have never had a security incident at the property. Regarding pets, our home is located near a wooded area, so we recommend supervising pets outdoors, especially after dark, as you would at most rural properties. We appreciate your comments and will continue looking for ways to make every guest's stay as comfortable as possible.
