The place was lovely and well-appointed. This cute little cottage is tucked away in a remote little village where you will see trucks and farm equipment driving by.This area has lots of history. Across the street from the cottage was a small cemetery and beyond that charming older homes, and cotton fields. The interior was more than we expected. Two very nice sized bedrooms, a great sized living and dining area, a nice bathroom (nice towels but no storage space for your toiletries), laundry area and very tiny kitchen. While just about everything was great, there were a few things that weren't to our liking:1. We are big coffee drinkers. The photos show a drip coffee maker, for which we brought our favorite coffee. When we arrived we discovered only a Keurig, which we have never used before and had to go purchase pods.2. The kitchen is equipped with a two burner hotplate, toaster oven and fridge. Unfortunately, there is zero workspace in the kitchen and no dish detergent. We made do by pulling a stool from another room for additional workspace.3. We packed based on being able to wash clothing. Unfortunately the washing machine was out of service.Overall, after a week stay, we would love to come and stay here again.Thank you Denise for a lovely visit, and the very tasty banana bread!
