The heart of the home, the window-lined living room is composed of vaulted ceilings, coastal-themed artwork, comfortable seating, and a large smart TV. Steps from here, the gourmet kitchen will catch the eye of the chef of your group with its stainless steel appliances, expansive center island/breakfast bar, and gleaming countertops. The separate beverage station offers a sunny space to prepare glasses of wine and morning cups of coffee, whereas the pantry homes other helpful kitchen gadgets.

A picture of pure peace, the primary ensuite bedroom boasts a kitchenette equipped with a farmhouse-style sink and beverage fridge. When you aren't lying amidst the plush bedding, gazing out the floor-to-ceiling windows, invest in moments of self-care at the bathroom's dual sinks or in the walk-in shower. The additional three bedrooms are just as lovely, all carefully decorated with calming color palettes, high-quality linens, and personal TVs.

Sure to be well-loved by the littlest members of your group, the family room offers unique bunk bed hideouts, an oversized sofa, and another large smart TV. Additional interior features you'll adore about Palmilla Gem include its mudroom and private washer/dryer access.

Outside, marvelous views are waiting to be enjoyed from the decks. Come nightfall, the firepit lends itself to s'mores and pleasant conversations. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

Within 10 miles of Palmilla Gem, explore Chute 'Em Up Parasailing/ Port A Parasail, the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, Rialto Theater, and Mustang Island State Park. Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community's amenities are within quick walking distance of your stay.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
