Paradise Awaits at ”One Particular Harbour by Margaritaville" offers tropical, resort-like amenities with a heated pool, splash pad, gas barbecue grills and playground for the kids. This new 1,500 square foot 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has everything you could ask for and more. Upon entry, you will enter into main living area that features an open concept with wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that lead onto the balcony where you can sit and relax after a long day and watch the sunset. The fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances is the perfect place to make a quick snack or full course meal that you can enjoy either at the dining room table or out on the balcony. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and large ensuite walk-in closet and bathroom, luggage racks with shelves. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed. But that’s not all! This unit also comes full equipped with free WiFi, sleeper sofa with queen mattress, screened-in lanai with outdoor lounging and dining area, washer and dryer. There is an assigned covered parking space underneath the building and plenty of guest parking. There is an elevator located in the center of the building complete with a luggage cart to bring your luggage and groceries up to the condo. The country's most-beautiful beaches are only a short 4-minute drive away from your front door.

Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional luxurious amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Our professional linen service ensures high-quality, hypoallergenic linens are ready for your use upon arrival. * The elevator is offered as a convenience and not as a guaranteed amenity. If the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be the only means of access to other floors. No refunds, discounts, or credits will be provided due to the elevator being unavailable.
