This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It is the back duplex home. You can also rent the front if needed too!
Property is a very newly renovated duplex. Both sides can be rented.
This cottage has use of kayaks, canoes, docks, and other uses of the property
I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property owner and manager and its affiliates, agents, employees, and authorized third parties, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney`s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in during use of booked property.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this waiver or my participation in the described activities.
