We loved our stay here at Koa! Everything was perfect. They had coolers and snorkels and the kids enjoyed all of that! We cousins if asked for a better place to stay in Maui!!!

Nice stay in Kihei

This was a nice place for 10 of us to gather for a week on Maui. We did spend days driving, doing day trips to see other areas and towns. The kids always liked coming “home” to the pool.

Vacation wedding

Fabulous, great location, food in the area was great, little shops were special. The iron is broken, maybe some touch up painting needs to be done, but otherwise thank you very much!!

Family vacation

Overall not exactly what we expected. Location was not ideal to get to the beach. Beach across the street was not great, had to walk through a canal past a small encampment. Grounds were not well maintained. The condo its self was clean but had an old musky/wet smell after a day of being in it. Had some ants and a huge cockroach from the start but was told that was our fault for leaving doors/windows and food out despite the fact we had just checked in. Communication with owners was good and we were able to resolve our concerns.

Grateful for the Hawaiian bliss!

Our stay was great at this unit. It was plenty of room for two couples, one single and two kids. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay during the week - good beach towels and extra items like snorkels etc. The beds were comfy and it was great to have a smart tv. The pool was really nice and we found it wasn’t too busy at all. We enjoyed it every day and then drove to beaches etc. The unit is a second floor unit so accessibility wise it’s something to take note of and there were signs on the first floor that quiet time was a certain hour and no running / stomping. We didn’t hear from the neighbors at all. It was a great trip back to Maui and we really enjoyed it!

Great family resort in Kihei

Our family group with two young children had a super time with all the condo offered including the pool and appreciated the sand toys, boards, chairs and umbrella for our beach times. Very central location to explore the major attractions on Maui such as the crater and beaches. Lots of grocery stores nearby too.

Beautiful view from balcony

Spacious clean and well equipped condo. We played tennis and ping pong and had a great time at this property. Hope to enjoy it again in the future.

Great location and amenities

We enjoyed the property immensely - especially the pool. It has a large shallow end *and* deep end for little and big kids alike. Our kids became fishes over the week. Great central location in a laid-back part of town.

As advertised!

We had a great time. The house was exactly as advertised and we were greeted with a nice basket of Hawaiian goodies which was a nice touch. Host was very communicative and helpful. Thank you!

Great accommodation

Perfect for family vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Close to all the things we had planned. Short walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool as well as the adults! Would definitely stay here again!! (Pullout bed could use some fixing but everything else was great😋)

First Stay in Hawaii

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The property and condo specifically, were beautiful. It was great, clean and accommodating for our large group. Tons of amenities included that made our stay easy and comfortable. The property was great! Aside from a fantastic pool to enjoy, the onsite bbqs allowed us to have some stay in meals. The location was most ideal. A few minutes walk to the beach and drivable to local snorkeling destinations, Hana, fantastic food options and more. A unanimous vote from our family “we will be back!”

Multigenerational wedding trip

The unit was clean and just as promised. Parking passes cannot be done 24 hours in advance if you are doing a car rental. Two full bathrooms and three bedrooms plus a sleeping chair worked well for us. We enjoyed the deck, pool, tennis courts and ping pong. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling gear. Thanks for hosting us.

Perfect for our family!

We had such a wonderful stay at 3N! It is so conveniently located to all amenities (parking, BBQ’s, pool) and the condo had everything we needed to feel like we were at home while on our holiday. Needed to ask Lew a couple of questions while we were there and he responded quickly and help us resolve our questions. We so hope to be back soon, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else! Mahalo for the wonderful memories, our family will cherish them forever 💞

Wonderful place that made our Maui vacay a dream. The condo was exceptional and met our needs. Family of 10 with plenty of space. Places to eat dwindle at 7 at night and harder to find by 8 but with this fully equipped kitchen…. No worries. Thank you for such a great place!
