Chipley office building with modern appointments and contemporary amenities. No detail is overlooked
in the rustic elegance of this charming space, featuring seven uniquely styled rooms with ensuite marble
baths, and all new kitchenettes. Beautiful antiques, cozy comforts and sunlit views grace every private
space.

All of the rooms are upstairs. There is an event venue downstairs and there is a potential for noise. Quiet time starts at 10:00pm.
Parking on the square with shops and restaurants walking distance.
There is a flight of stairs to get to all of the hotel rooms

I am a real estate broker at Britt Barnes Realty Group, LLC. Our town needed a nice hotel that travelers could come to. We renovated a building on the square in our town into a boutique hotel and event venue.
