Gorgeous 3+ bed, 2 bath retreat nestled on dead end road on fully recreational 6348 acre lake - Eau Pleine Reservoir. ~15 min to Mosinee Airport, 20 min to Marshfield Clinic. Kitchen w new appliances opens to dining/family rooms w tv, fireplace, wall of new patio doors overlooking the lake. En suite king bedroom w walk-in closet & bath with shower. 2 additional bedrooms; queen bedroom w closet and bunk room can be set up w 4 bunk beds or full bed and 4 bunk beds. Walkout game room w pullout queen couch w tv, wetbar & pool/air hockey/ping pong. Fully furnished. Big deck, grill, flat yard to water. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, boating, tubing & firepit. Pets welcome. New dock. Pontoon Boat, Fishing Boat and UTV Rental available. Bring snowmobiles, atvs & skis. Snowmobile trail access in neighborhood, great ice fishing and easy access to golf courses, Nine Mile & Granite Peak for skiing and more!

I'm from Central Wisconsin and have been hosting my homes over 18 years. This home was bought as a vacation home for my family to enjoy together; more specifically for my 4 nephews to have a place to come and create memories for decades to come.

I love this neighborhood, especially on weekdays, when I feel I have the whole neighborhood and lake to myself. I enjoy the peace and quiet, the sunlight that beams into the house, impressive sunsets and the change of colors in the fall.
この宿泊施設の特徴
All the furnishings are "new" and were specifically bought for the design of this home. We have quality furniture as this is our home that we live in too! People tend to love the king bed as I get requests for the brand often. 3 of our light fixtures are custom-made.
