Okay everyone, if you are looking for a place to relax this is the place for you. I took my husband on a quick trip to the beach and because of that we were unable to stay we normally do. The condo is as advertised, we chose to sleep in the pull down bed (I wanted to wake up and see the ocean). The bed was everything y'all, I can't tell you how the king size bed felt like, but if the pull down bed was perfect, I can only imagine the other bed to feel like heaven. Yes, this unit is clean. I always bring my own bedding when traveling because everyone knows they don't wash the actual covers on the bedding just the sheets. This was confirmed when I read the sign on the door which read you will be charged extra for any additional laundry beside the towels, washcloths and bed linens (this is not verbatim). We did not do any cooking during our stay, I did check to see what was available and they have pretty much provided everything you would need. I will say some of the smaller items could be replaced, it's time (No biggie). Y'ALL, the owner is good and quick to respond, you will love her. She gave us excellent directions, we were able to go right to the room after we parked. The hotel was nice, we chilled at the bar just about every evening, they always had something going on. The view was good, the beach was my favorite. I gave this place 4/5 stars because the thermostat will not let you put the air below 69 and I'm going through menopause, it's no fun. The unit has a tower fan.

pics of room little deceiving I think it would be very crowed with 4 people,the room was nice and in good condition, the resort buildings in need of updating the property,overall nice room and we enjoyed the restaurant and pizza &ice cream all in the resort,you could stay and not leave the resort, great access to the beach, the umbrella and beach was a great added benefit kitchen was nice and easy check-in with door code!!

5th Wedding Anniversary

Happy Ours was the perfect little get-away space for us! We are blessed to have a home large enough to have separate wings, but this small intimate space was the ideal vacation spot we needed to be comfortable and quaint.

This place had everything. Easy check-in, indoor and outdoor pool, convenience store, places to eat. The place was clean, the beds were comfy, the wi-fi connection was great, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the view…I highly recommend seeing for yourself.

Wonderful Stay

We could not have picked a better place to stay at Myrtle Beach. The place was so beautiful and comfortable. We loved the decor throughout. It was modern and had all of amenities that we could have wanted or needed. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed.

We had a wonderful time at the oceanfront condo. Loved waking up with the sunrise. Great location and this time of year it was not crowded. Would love to visit again.

My husband and I have been coming to Myrtle Beach together ever since we were dating - over 25 years of marriage. We visited the Sand Dunes every year and loved the location, the activities, the restaurants, the beach - everything! When we found out in 2005 that they were privatizing the units, we jumped at the chance to own a little piece of heaven. We have loved coming every year and dreamed about renovating our unit and making a luxurious oasis. We decided to make our dream come true.

We love the Sand Dunes because of the amenities the resort has, the location of the condo, and the activities. You have many restaurants, stores, and activities right within a couple of miles. In many cases, you don't even have to leave the resort!

We also love that we are halfway between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing! It's great to have these two entertainment complexes so near.

It's a gift to wake up in the morning, take a cup of coffee out to the balcony and watch the dolphins swimming -- or walk along the beach and find the perfect shell - or enjoy a glass of wine sitting on the balcony or beach and listening to the waves.
