pics of room little deceiving I think it would be very crowed with 4 people,the room was nice and in good condition, the resort buildings in need of updating the property,overall nice room and we enjoyed the restaurant and pizza &ice cream all in the resort,you could stay and not leave the resort, great access to the beach, the umbrella and beach was a great added benefit kitchen was nice and easy check-in with door code!!

5th Wedding Anniversary

Happy Ours was the perfect little get-away space for us! We are blessed to have a home large enough to have separate wings, but this small intimate space was the ideal vacation spot we needed to be comfortable and quaint.

Fantastic stay

This is our 2nd year staying at one of Angie’s condos. We love it! It is close to the beach, pool, restaurants, convenience store and pizza shop on site and the room was very clean and well kept. We will be returning next year! Highly recommend.

Perfect for a family of 4!

Everything was as advertised. Owner/property manager was very helpful through the whole process with any questions we had. Unit was very clean! Everything was perfect, not one complaint what so ever! Look forward to coming back!

Good

The building/hotel was outdated. Laundry room was poor. Our room was good but could not use the sofa (needs to be replaced) so we had to watch TV in the bedroom. The veiw from the room was outstanding! Very short walk to the beach! Would consider staying here again if the sofa get replaced.

Ocean front views but tiny balcony. We found the condo on the small side. You must pass through the bedroom to enter and through the small gally kitchen to get from one side to the other.

I loved it

The stay was absolutely amazing. I we had a little trouble getting in and the property manager responded immediately to help us. I really appreciated that. If you need anything she will make sure you get it or know how to get it. The sheets, pillows, and bed were sooo soft. If you stay here you will absolutely love it :)

LOVE!!

I wish there were more pictures of this amazing place! The photos do not do justice!! The view is incredible and the beachy and BEAUTIFUL decor truly set this condo apart from all others in the resort. There is everything you truly need for everything... EVERYTHING!! The beds were so comfy, lots of towels, cooking utensils, beach chairs... Hope we can visit again!! Thank you SO much for the perfect stay!!

Cute spot

Loved our stay however the check in process is really confusing even with the map provided by the owner because the email instructions were very wordy. The condo is small, I can’t imagine having 4 adults stay in the space. The furniture was comfortable. Sadly the wifi didn’t work well and required a password from the hotel ownership that we were not provided with. Having chairs and the umbrella for the beach was awesome!

Nice, updated condo.

The condo was very comfortable and has a wonderful view. The grounds and the staff at the resort, however, need work. I understand that the resort is under new ownership. Hopefully this will help with the upkeep of the resort and the overall attitude of the staff. The owners of the condo have obviously spent money trying to make their condo nice (which it is) - the resort owner needs to take a little pride in the grounds and the common areas and train the staff on pleasantries.

We really enjoyed the location. It was close to restaurants, stores, golf and the beach. It was quiet and the bed was very comfy. The problems were thdle furniture was horrible. The couch was not worth sitting on nor the chairs at the table. Did not like not having more than 2 towels per person for a week stay. Also lack of toilet paper for a week. Really didn't like having to do laundry for clean towels every 2 days.

Nice stay overall

The unit was nicely refurbished and decorated. It had all the beach chairs and kitchen utensils that we needed. It is a small unit, so two fit well but 4 would be really tight. The couch is really a Murphy bed and is very low to the ground for sitting and also very uncomfortable. We did most of our tv viewing in the king bed in the bedroom. The only other issue is parking. When we first arrived we had to go up to the top floors of the garage to find a space. During the week after the holiday we could find a spot on the ground floor. Overall we had a nice time!

One of the best places we have stayed at the beach! The condo is wonderfully cared for - very clean, cozy, well decorated, and even a bit luxurious! The bed was very comfortable, as was the couch! The view is amazing - high enough up to feel isolated and away from everyone, but with excellent view of all happenings. We brought our own chairs but chose to use the ones at the condo because they were much nicer and comfortable. I even took a nap in one on the beach while the kids (pre-teens) entertained themselves. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. Communication was excellent. Check-in and out was simple. Everything you need is there waiting for you, and then some. I even had a good time cooking on the little two-burner stove! Thank you for a wonderful stay with great memories.

My husband and I are both from Georgia. I am in Human Resources. We have two fabulous boys and a very spoiled dog, Cookie. We love to travel, spend a lot of time outdoors on the water, and LOVE Myrtle Beach.

My husband and I have been coming to Myrtle Beach together ever since we were dating - over 25 years of marriage. We visited the Sand Dunes every year and loved the location, the activities, the restaurants, the beach - everything! When we found out in 2005 that they were privatizing the units, we jumped at the chance to own a little piece of heaven. We have loved coming every year and dreamed about renovating our unit and making a luxurious oasis. We decided to make our dream come true.

We love the Sand Dunes because of the amenities the resort has, the location of the condo, and the activities. You have many restaurants, stores, and activities right within a couple of miles. In many cases, you don't even have to leave the resort!

We also love that we are halfway between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing! It's great to have these two entertainment complexes so near.

It's a gift to wake up in the morning, take a cup of coffee out to the balcony and watch the dolphins swimming -- or walk along the beach and find the perfect shell - or enjoy a glass of wine sitting on the balcony or beach and listening to the waves.
