Enjoy a fresh experience in one of the most visited places on Metro Manila. Newly renovated and modernly styled, this 1 bedroom condo will provide you with a new way on going around the city. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place is suited for clients with a taste for luxurious living.

Our condo unit provides a hotel-like feel with its modern interior design. Among its features are:

- Queen Size Bed with Sofa Bed (Accommodates 3)
- 55inch Smart TV with Netflix
- High - Speed Internet (around 50mbps)
- 1.5HP Split-Type AC
- Balcony with a quiet and serene view
- Pool both for kids and adults (PhP 150 per head, opens from 7am until 9pm)
- Fully-equipped gym (PhP 150 per head)
- Pay-parking along The Strip where you can shop, dine and relax (PhP60 for the first 2 hours then PhP20 per succeeding hour).

Guests can check-in at 2pm. Check-out is strictly 12pm. If you wish to extend let us know ahead of time if the following days are free.

Very accessible to Sm North Mall (walkable), Trinoma and other attractions. Theres a 24 hr convenience store nearby. The condo is equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge, thermos, iron, ironing board, tv and fast wifi, has hot water in the shower and ac in the room is cold. Host is very responsive and helpful. Very safe- there are security guards on each gate and entrance of the building. Pass is needed upon check in. There are 4 elevators in the building but sometimes not all are in use. Sometimes there was a queue. There's an affordable laundry services across the building. Overall, a pleasant stay. Thanks!
