気になった点 : 清潔度、掲載情報の正確さ
We recently stayed at this beach property and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.One of the main reasons we chose this rental was for the pool, but when we arrived it was green and completely unusable. When we asked about it, we were told this had supposedly been mentioned in the listing, but it was not clearly communicated in a way that set proper expectations.In addition, the overall condition of the property was not what we anticipated. There were cigarette butts left around the premises and some of the indoor furniture was broken, which made the space feel poorly maintained.The location itself was nice, but the condition of the amenities and cleanliness took away from the experience. I would recommend that the property owner address these issues and ensure that any major limitations—like an unusable pool—are clearly and prominently disclosed to future guests.
