Welcome to your private seasonal retreat in Naples.
This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom + den/office villa offers nearly 2,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, a private heated saltwater pool and spa, outdoor fire pit, and a fully enclosed lanai — creating a peaceful setting ideal for extended winter stays (28-night minimum).
The open-concept layout provides generous space to relax and entertain. The well-stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the expansive living and dining areas, while large sliders open to your private outdoor oasis.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Primary suite with King bed and en-suite bath
• Two guest bedrooms with Queen beds
• Den with fold-out sofa and dedicated office workspace
• Sleeps up to 8 guests
Both bathrooms feature dual sinks and soaking tubs, offering comfort and functionality for longer stays.
Additional features include a two-car garage, full laundry room with utility sink, and ample storage for seasonal guests.
