The Maplewood House is loaded with character, an easy walk to campus events, and near all the downtown amenities. Our mid-century contemporary home is newly furnished and has a cool early 1960s vibe with all the original woodwork! Stay in this cozy getaway while you enjoy the Moscow Pullman area and all the Palouse has to offer!

HOME DETAILS: 3 Bedrooms & 2 Baths, plus a library reading room, game room, and dry sauna room. Also, the open living & dining area has a cool beach vibe with lots of windows and natural lighting!

**2 car garage, plus off road 2 car driveway parking.
Other rental homes have busy on street parking only!

NO STAIRS REQUIRED FOR ACCESS OR LIVING ON THE MAIN FLOOR: Garage is same level as the main floor, and there are no stairs leading into the house except a 1/3 step from driveway to covered front door entry. That’s it! Once inside, the main floor has the living room, dining area, library, kitchen, laundry room, and master bedroom all on the same level.

STAIRS REQUIRED to go downstairs where the 2 guest bedrooms, 2nd bathroom, dry sauna and game room are located.

DRIVING TO PULLMAN: For events at WSU, Perimeter Drive is only seconds away and quickly takes you directly to Pullman Road west of Moscow, thus completely avoiding downtown traffic areas.

LAUNDRY ROOM: The laundry room has laundry soap & softener, loads of cleaning supplies, plus other necessities for longer stays.

OTHER:
** The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker with 10-12 complimentary Keurig servings provided, plus a full drip coffee maker for larger groups with a supply of ground coffee.

** Full setup of plastic bowls, plates, & cups for children and younger.

** Dining Room table seats 8, plus additional sitting area in the Library for a 2nd smaller group.

** Ring Floodlight Camera above exterior garage door for guest safety & security.
