Great Place

The place is very nice. The chef is really good and he takes the time out to cater to the guests. He made me special vegetarian meals. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I would stay there again.

Clean and well kept. Exceptional customer service, very accommodating- they went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Gorgeous views from the rooftop pool. Ice cold A/C and fan as well. Tried the fried chicken and oxtail from the restaurant upstairs- both are great. Also had a nice jetted tub in our room. Will be back.

Firstly, it was a bit difficult to find the location as it states surrounding locations but nit precise on booking site. Therefore as a Kingstonian upon seeing 7 mins to devon house etc, am thinking halfway tree, new Kingston, old hope rd, or molynes rd area and not all the way down Waltham.Secondly, the roads to the locations is terribly destroyed and my uber driver wanted to leave to half way because he felt his car was being damaged.Thirdly, though this hotel is in a .... community I expected better in terms of accommodation has described. There was a roof party every night until 5am and shouting in the hallways.The sheets were dirty which I was able to get changed upon request.The room had no amenities, no fridge, microwave nothing unless you choose to pay more upon arrival. Thirdly, one of the staff was so rude, i order something and she strictly ignored then tried to give me somthinh I did not order which I then decided to leave and go to my bed hungry as I did not want a rude person handling my food.Finally, this place is under construction so there is a lot of dust and minor faults which Inpray they will get together as this place develops as it hold great potential.A/C works well but never needed it as I was happy to be out of the cold.The other staffs were friendly and phenomenal like petagaye, the securities, the front desk has this sweet young girl and the wonderful low hair lady, along with the other hospitality staff.All rooms deserve amenities‼

I was told I didn’t have a reservation when I did I had to wait an entire day before the issue was resolved and that’s because I contacted Expedia to call the property and confirm that I had book with them upon arrival I had to wait an hour before check in and getting my keys it’s in safe & felt like a hit stop never again in my life I’ll book here

Misleading

The photos and description of this location is incredibly misleading. There was mold in the restrooms, the walls were stripping/peeling with obvious signs of water damage. The TV did not work, despite everyone’s effort to fix it. The sheets were unclean and the towels looked overused, and dirty. Wouldn’t recommend.

Disappointed

It was very disappointing, wash rags was not available to us , no tv, the water pressure was just dripping , no closets, no mirrors, we stay in this place for seven days and it did not have refrigerator or a microwave also 1 iron serve the hotel for all guest .there should be a refund for some days

Place was clean, but we didn’t have hot water for the stay. I reported it on the first day and nothing was done. Otherwise the Host was attentive bringing us towels and toiletries when we asked almost immediately. The building is also clean and well maintained, including the pool and roof areas. They have cooked meals for purchase and a concession set up downstairs as well which was convenient to get drinks and snack throughout the day plus 24/7 costumer service.
