Your home away from home in Renton with 1 bedroom 1bathroom and 1 walkin-closet. This lovely suite is within our house that we will share with you. This place was newly built in 2021 and it offers central AC (for heating and cooling), hair dryer, WiFi, dedicated workspace, and fitness equipments. There is a park right at the back of the house so you can take a relaxing walk easily . The peaceful ambiance of this property will surely make guests feel relaxed and rejuvenated during your stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our place. Please note that the 1b1b1wc suite will be exclusively yours while our family will share the living room , kitchen area with you. Easy access: 20-30mins to seattle or bellevue. 15mins to seatac airport. 10mins to Renton landing for shopping, restaurants or movies. 18mins to south center mall.

This neighborhood is super peaceful and convenient to access Seattle, Bellevue, Renton or seatac airport. There is a park right behind our backyard so you can always talk a walk and relax with the nature scene of green trees, grasses and flowers.

The house was built in 2021 with a modern and luxurious design that you cannot miss.
Central AC and you will also have your portal able fan and heater as needed.
