We had a pretty good stay. The house was in good shape. What we appreciated most was that it was clean. We understand it’s a rental property and yes there’s some areas for improvement but overall it was a nice property, nice stay. The owners were hospitable and kind throughout the booking process. We would stay again.

This was a great house for a large party to stay near Disneyland. It was so nice to be so close to the park. It had all of the amenities and much more. We had a great stay.

Overall our stay was amazing! The minor issues that required a maintenance person to come was handled very quickly and Leo was great! The house could use a few touch-ups, but they didn’t prevent us from having a wonderful time!A few notes for renters: All but 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are downstairs. Rapunzel's room is on the second floor and the trundle was a favorite bed for my granddaughter. You'll need to move the ladder to get to it.The rock slide in to the pool is fun for the kids and the adults too! Beware of bees near the rock ladder to the slide, as the tree provides much appreciated privacy, but the bees love it. Plenty of kitchen supplies, dishes, pans, etc. We will definitely be back! Communication was exceptional!

Better than expected. The place was spacious and clean. We came here with our youth group and it was absolutely great! The kids had fun in the pool and love the theme of each room. I would definitely book this house again!

Welcome refuge and well appointed . Close proximity to restaurants , groceries and Disney land Very clean inside and out . Super fun pool with slide ! This home was perfect for our stay .

While visiting Disneyland our five grandchildren ages 2 to 8 enjoyed Rapunzel’s Tower. Their parents enjoyed the short drive to and from Disneyland and California Adventure parks. The themed rooms, pool and large eating and lounging areas made us all feel at home.

Great location, needs to be cleaned and updated

We loved the layout and location of this house. However, there were major issues with the cleanliness of the property, including a moldy mattress that had to be removed. The management team was super quick to respond and take care of the situation, but we still had to supplement with candles, air fresheners, and cleaning supplies to make it smell ok. Highly recommend a deep cleaning and updated furniture asap.

Amazing!!!!

The property was awesome! The rooms were all fun and fit our group perfectly. There was shampoo, conditioner and soap in every bathroom. (I stayed at one VRBO where they provided nothing!!!). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was great to have a washer and dryer to use as well. The kids also loved the pool!!!! I loved that we could heat the hot tin with one button. So user friendly. When I had a question, the property manager was very quick to respond. My onlyNegative is they need another couch. We pulled chairs from the table and outside into the living room to accommodate our group. Overall, we loved this place and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Disneyland spot for families

Beautiful home about a mile from Disneyland and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Perfect house for a few families to enjoy the parks and have a great home base.

Holiday family vacation

My 4 adult children and grandchildren went to California for a Christmas holiday vacation. We had 10 people. Our vacation was extra special with our VRBO. We had the convenience of a awesome swimming pool in the backyard that was a hit with the whole family. We spent our nights playing games and relaxing in our VRBO. I would recommend this property for families.

Great Stay

Great stay with 15 people inclusive of 3 families with children ranging in age from 16-4. Home generally had all the necessary supplies but some quantities of items were not sufficient to support the number of people in the home (I.e, not enough forks but spoons there were lots of). We noted the quiet hours cited by the property management company do not align with the actual law (which might be intentional but they are cited as being governed by the City - for example the time is actually over at 8am vs 9am noted). Our kids were itching to get outside in the pool in the morning so the 9am was difficult. We took the quiet time seriously but on the first night, there was a neighbour who was quite loud over an extended period of time which made it difficult to fall asleep. Overall, these were not issues that were of major significance and did not impact our overall stay, The pool was great, and the bedroom themes/set ups made our Disney trip lots of fun. The home was about a 7 minute drive to the Pixar/Micky parkades

Disney Birthday

We celebrated our youngest’s birthday in Disneyland. Took an Uber daily during Halloween was about $12 each way average. The pool at the house was awesome and there was plenty of room for 9 of us! House is super cool and roomy. Lots of food around and shopping for groceries, etc.

Disney Vacation Fun!

Our stay at this location made it easier to manage our family of 9, ages 9 months to 55. We have food allergies in our household, so it made it easy to cook for our adventures out and about, as we have a child who has many food allergies. We had lots of room, extras for the kids and baby. The pool, slide and hot tub were extras that made our vacation super fun, including relaxing and recovering in the hot tub after a day out. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Family Disney Trip

This location was perfect for our Disney trip. It's an easy, short drive to Disneyland. We had plenty of space for 13 of us to visit and hang out, and the pool was an added treat after 2 days in the Disney parks. Highly recommend this home!

Good times..

The stay was very nice. there were some things that were broken but not a big deal that comes with any house people are in and out of. Most of the issues that we had were fixed right away. Would be nice to know what time people are coming to do things in the backyard. Most of us are Veterans and always on high alert and when you see a stranger walking in the back yard and you are doing dishes or in the pool.. just would be nice if there was a set time. The kids had a great time and no one felt that they were on top of one another, enough space for everyone.

Plenty of Rooms, easy access to Disneyland

this property was great in every way. kids loved the decorated rooms and the pool. This house is located in a court and was a great location. Super easy to find Disneyland. We will definitely stay here again if going to Disneyland

Rapunzels Castle, early June stay

We had 12 family members stay, ranging in age from 4 to 64. The house was well equipped and well positioned for not only Disney , but all things So Cal. The management company was very timely with any issues. The description of the property is exactly what you get. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it.

It was alright

The house was great, location was okay, the neighborhood is a little rough. My kids loved the rooms in the house. The house is a little run down and could use some TLC. The major issue i had was with the neighbors dog. We got back from Disneyland and the landscaper was fighting off a Doberman in the driveway. I opened my door and the dog came after me. I charged right back towards it as i am a 250lbs muscular man. The dog ran away...so we thought. My wife and kids start to get out of the car and the dog comes right back towards my family. They all had to jump right back in the car. My daughter has sever anxiety around dogs as she was attacked before. My wife was getting her under control to make sure we didnt need to goto the hospital. You may be thinking, where was the owner? They were out there trying to catch the dog but the dog wouldnt come to them. Finally, i had my entire family sprint inside from the car to make it safe inside. I told the company who watches over the VRBO, they said they were glad we are safe. Then message me that night to move my vehicle off the side walk. My vehicle was parked on the side walk because thats where the dog was running and i wanted to make sure if he was back that i could see him. I didnt ask for a discount or anything, but one shouldve been offered. The last night there none of my kids could sleep because they were terrified. Just be careful booking this place with any kiddos and make sure you keep an eye out for them.

Overall a positive stay, but a few disappointments

Our family group of 12 just got back from our 4-night stay. We had a great time, loved the themed rooms, and found that the house was well-stocked with items that we needed (including laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and conditioner). The rooms were as described, and the pool was gorgeous. We had no trouble getting into the house and the communication with the property management was quick and efficient. Our few areas of disappointment were related to the general condition of the house. There is a decent amount of damage throughout, and the property just needs some TLC. Ripped wallpaper, missing baseboards, chipped paint, etc. The sewer smell in the master bathroom wasn't very bad when we arrived, but by the end it was awful. We had to leave the fan running with the bathroom door closed, and close the bedroom door so that the smell didn't spread throughout the house. I recalled reading about this issue in other reviews and had hoped that it had been resolved. It hasn't. Our biggest issue was the vape found underneath a bed, in a pile of dust & dirt. The space underneath the bed had not been cleaned and a used vape could have been disastrous depending on what was in it. Thankfully, we got it away from the 4-year-old quickly. We were locked out of the house as soon as we had loaded our cars, 30 minutes before checkout, and couldn't quickly get back in to retrieve a forgotten drink. Had to leave it. Mostly minor issues, with an otherwise good place to stay.

Pluses and minuses

This group was wonderful to work with. They were very responsive and helped us get into the house a little earlier as well as our plane arrived earlier than expected. Much appreciated! The house you can tell has been well utilized over the years and has signs of needing love in a lot of areas. Missing tiles from baseboards, front window trim damaged heavily, these are just a few. The house was clean for sure, but it needs to have some work done to it and money reinvested. Pool was SO fun and the kids loved it. Found out a week prior to arriving city law says can’t be outside even to quietly sit in hot tub with a cup of coffee until 9 am. This was also a bummer as we were up, excited to enjoy what we paid for, but had to watch the clock. Pinball machine and goose all table were fun! Neighborhood was a little iffy. Houses boarded up the one next door was taped off and completely wrapped in plastic due to termites. Not this vrbo owners fault. But being candid. Location was wonderful and Disney is a cheap and quick Uber drive away! All in all it worked out great for our large family and it’s a great home, but definitely needs some major TLC.
