Dining Area: The dining table comfortably seats six, perfect for shared meals and gatherings.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances and includes two barstools at the counter, inviting you to create delicious homemade meals.

Laundry Room: Conveniently located across from the kitchen, the laundry room is equipped with a brand-new washer and dryer.
Bedrooms

Second Bedroom: Located on the first floor, this room features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a 50" TV.

Third Bedroom: Also on the first floor, it includes a full-size bed, a closet, and a 32" TV. Both the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.

Master Bedroom: Situated upstairs, the master suite offers a king-size bed, a love seat, an office space with a chair and desk, and a private loft overlooking the living room, which also has a love seat and a 55" TV. The suite includes its own bathroom and a walk-in closet.

Outdoor Features

Wrap-Around Patio: Enjoy the wrap-around patio with rocking chairs and a swing, perfect for taking in the vineyard views.

Back Deck: Overlooking the backyard, the deck is a serene spot with trees, nature, and a creek to your left.

Growing Vineyard: Nestled on a 1 1/4 acre property, the cabin has newly planted grapevines and other vines on the right side, gradually transforming into a full vineyard with the enchanting ambiance of living in the woods.

Kindly message us in advance to discuss pricing and arrangements for events. Hosting an event without prior approval is a violation of our house rules and will result in a fine of $1,500 USD.

Booking the property through VRBO/ other hosting platforms for regular use but then using it for an event will also incur this penalty.
