Excellent!

Our family loved our stay at this condo! The location was amazing - right in front of the beach. We loved the huge deck, and the condo had ample space, was fully stocked, was updated, and very comfortable. The price was very reasonable for all that was offered, and Derrick was very helpful and easily accessible.The office staff was very helpful and friendly as well.

Relaxing stay with unbeatable views

We had such a relaxing visit at this condo and we hope to return in the future. The views are amazing and the location feels very private. The condo is very clean and is obviously well maintained. Communication/rental with the owner was a breeze. The location is wonderful. It is just steps to the beach and pool, there is a cute little seaside breakfast/lunch place within easy walking distance and the boardwalk is nearby which is nice for a stroll. This location is great for a quiet vacation, but there are also many great restaurants in town and some cute shops along the main streets, without being kitschy or touristy feeling. Get up early for the sunrise over the ocean -- totally worth it.

Our Favorite Place

Location, location, location. This condo is less than 100 feet from the sandy beach. You can see the ocean from every room in this unit! The boardwalk near Jaycee Park is a 2 minute walk away. Both the shopping and restaurants in Vero Beach are excellent and there are many within walking distance. My wife and I have rented in Ocean Club II for the past 6 years, the last 3 years in this unit. The condo is clean and well-stocked with kitchen ware and linens, including beach towels! Since we have been here, we have taken an airboat ride where we saw alligators, turtles, and local birds. I took my son on a chartered fishing trip on the Indian River where we caught several different species of fish. The owner of this condo provides excellent customer service. If you want a place where you will feel welcome, the residents of Ocean Club II are very friendly and social.

I have been coming down to Vero Beach since I was in high school when I lived with my parents. After that, I started coming down every year with my own family. My two daughters learned to swim in the Ocean Club II pool while we were renting another unit. The first time I rented this unit (301), I fell in love with it! The views of the sunrises in the mornings are unbelievable!!! (See photos) The walks along the beach at sunset and the sounds of the ocean along the way will bring you to a more meaningful and peaceful existence on this planet. After 5 years of experiencing this wonderful place, I was approached by the previous owner about buying it. I immediately began negotiating for the purchase! I sincerely hope you can enjoy and experience the peace and tranquility this place has brought to my life as well.

Adding Frank Sinatra, Michael Franks or Chris Botti music with drinks on the balcony and the ocean sounds in the background every evening will keep you coming back for more! If you like quiet, relaxing beaches, this is your place!!!
