Experience airy island living! This 2,800 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath sleeps 6 comfortably, featuring indoor/outdoor living, vaulted ceilings, and a homey cabin atmosphere. Windows consume wall space and skylights allow natural island light to fall in throughout the home.
The living room opens onto a covered wrap-around dining and lounging lanai overlooking Kona coast sunsets and the private pool. The newly remodeled kitchen includes all appliances and utensils you need for an effortless stay.
Located in a peaceful cul de sac just a few minutes’ drive from the scenic Ali’i Drive and downtown, you’re removed from yet close to all the action.
The oversized primary bedroom on the second floor includes skylights and a spacious private bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks. The downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with 2 sinks and a soaking tub/shower.
The poolside BBQ can be moved to any spot that maximizes grilling fun.
The house is solar-powered and recycles extra energy back to the grid!

This cul de sac is super peaceful! It’s just a few minutes’ drive from downtown yet far enough away that daily life is calm and removed from the bustle of downtown activity. Neighbors are mostly families and retirees and all appreciate and respect the serenity of our neighborhood.

The house is mostly windows! While we don’t have air conditioning, the cross-breeze upstairs and fully sun-protected downstairs provide and maintain natural air flow and cooler temperatures throughout the year.
The second floor walls are lined with screens where they meet the vaulted roof, providing and indoor/outdoor living feel and 100% fresh island air 100% of the time.
The pool is completely private and only usable by you and your guests during your stay! Next to the property is a public green grass yard perfect for playing with toddlers and saying hi to the neighbors who walk by with their pups.
There are two actively producing papaya trees in the driveway that produce all year — please enjoy them!
There are two huge actively producing mango trees in the backyard that produce delicious mangoes in the spring — please enjoy them!
