- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 150/night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 18 years old.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of US$39/night/per unit will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate. The resort fee includes standard in room WiFi - 10MB for up to 4 devices, 2 bottles of water per day, 24-hour access to business center, local/long distance calls.
