Enjoy the firepit in the backyard, Eddy Street Commons and Trader Joe's is just a short walk away.

We had a great stay! The house location was incredibly convenient for the Notre Dame football game, and the home itself was very clean with everything just as expected. The property manager was wonderful to work with and responded quickly when we requested additional towels. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

As advertised

5 stars. No misleading pictures or descriptions. Clean house. Nice neighborhood. Close to campus and restaurants. Only negative was we bought firewood for the fire pit before we arrived only to notice there were no seating options around the fire pit. Oh, well.

What a perfect little home for an extended stay in South Bend. The home was impeccably clean, pictures were very representative, and the location to the Notre Dame campus and Eddy Commons could not be better. Host was responsive to any and all questions and we had an excellent experience.

The lower level has a family room and 3rd bedroom with egress along with a laundry room with washer dryer. Enjoy the firepit in the backyard, Eddy Street Commons and Trader Joe's is just a short walk away.
The 2 upper bedrooms have 1 queen bed & 1 full size bed.
The lower bedroom has 1 twin beds.
The washer & dryer are located in the lower level.
Home has 3 smart TV's. 1 in the main floor living room, 1 in one of the main floor bedrooms and 1 in the lower level family room.
The firepit requires wood, guest to supply.
A Keurig coffee maker is available in the kitchen.
