For outdoor enthusiast, skiing is just a short 15 min drive to Echo Mountain and within an hour of iconic skiing destinations like Loveland, Breckinridge & Winter Park Resorts. In addition, Evergreen Lake is a short 10 minute and provides numerous outdoor winter activities including ice skating, cross country skiing trails and hiking.

A new 55" smart TV with WiFi will provide you access to all your subscribed streaming platforms.

On the lower level is a second full bathroom with luxury towels and amenities, exercise area, washer/dryer, games and daybed with an additional pullout bed.
