There are 2 bedrooms with new mattresses and high end bedding. and 1 full bath stocked with luxury towels and amenities on the upper floor. A full kitchen featuring newer GE appliances, microwave, utensils, glassware, etc.. Also, a coffee bar with a separate espresso machine to start your day is available.
For outdoor enthusiast, skiing is just a short 15 min drive to Echo Mountain and within an hour of iconic skiing destinations like Loveland, Breckinridge & Winter Park Resorts. In addition, Evergreen Lake is a short 10 minute and provides numerous outdoor winter activities including ice skating, cross country skiing trails and hiking.

A new 55" smart TV with WiFi will provide you access to all your subscribed streaming platforms.

On the lower level is a second full bathroom with luxury towels and amenities, exercise area, washer/dryer, games and daybed with an additional pullout bed.

Outside there is a wraparound balcony that provides panoramic views. There is an outside seating area for 4+ people to enjoy the mountain view. You have access to a propane fueled grill located on the back deck with all the bbq utensils.

After long day of hiking or exploring you can relax in the hot tub while enjoying your favorite beverage as you take in the mountain scenery.
