**We do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$1000.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
