About this space
New Listing.
We are one house away from campus and 4/10 of a mile from the Nittany Lion Inn. Walk 1/2 mile to the PSU Creamery.
This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home has bonus space on the third floor and a great front porch. Pullout couch in the living room.
Washer & dryer in the basement. Full kitchen with microwave and a gas grill in the back yard.
Free parking for 3 or 4 cars. Park here for football, soccer games or for events at Rec Hall.
A security deposit of one night’s stay needed prior for CI.
The space
New Listing.
The home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a walk up bonus room on the third floor. Hardwood floors throughout the home.
Guest access
Our guests can use the entire house except for one locked closet.

With each group, we require a minimum to four of our guests to be 25 years of age or older. That will be discussed in advance of every booking or at the time of booking. Please note the name of each guest and the age of each guest when requesting a stay. We have this policy due to our close proximity to campus. Our house is not a party house but it is a great place to stay in an excellent location when visiting State College.

Our guests will be given a four digit code to open the front and back doors via keypad access.

Great weekend stay at PSU! Last minute switch from the Nittany Inn to here and so glad we did. Kids were able to spread out and 2 bathrooms/showers was a treat! Walked to Arboretum, Inn and a minute drive to town.

Wonderful place to stay

House is a beauty- very clean, well-appointed, 6 of us stayed comfortably, house rules were well-communicated, host was quick to respond, and location cannot be outdone. We hope to be able to stay here again!

I can’t stay enough good things about the host and the property. They were very engaged from the beginning and very cordial. The property is in great location to getting to campus. It is very well maintained and a beautiful house. I highly recommend them.

Penn State Thanksgiving Getaway

Absolutely great property very close to campus and walking distance from downtown State College. Neat and clean property that was very comfortable and the perfect size for our group of 5.

Football weekend

Absolutely loved this house. Perfect location for a game weekend. Plenty of parking. Walk to stadium was easy. House was spotless and had everything we needed! Host was very helpful and easy to reach. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location at PSU

We had our entire family staying at this house for 10 days while visiting our daughter at Penn State. The house was just a five minute walk from my daughter’s storm, which was extremely convenient for her stopping by every day. The house was extremely clean and communication with the host was perfect. The only thing that I think could be improved is the amenities in the house… more cooking utensils, added seating in the family room, and a coffee table.

The location of the home is fantastic! Our home is in the College Heights neighborhood that is filled with faculty, coaches, grad students and families who have lived here for decades. It is not quiet neighborhood that does not allow parking on the street. That is a town ordinance for this neighborhood. Our guests can walk to everything.
