Best place to stay with family and friends and for social gatherings!

The host was easy to communicate with. I was even able to make sure my booking was reserved since it was my first time booking through this website. The host sent me check-in and check-out details when it came close to my date and when it was time to check out. The house was very clean and I loved the modern decor. The pictures are a straight reflection of the house and is very spacious. I walked in and it had smelled like it was cleaned and detailed to perfection and had calming music playing. The house was even easy to find. I was hosting a social gathering for my birthday and it was perfect for the amount of people I had. The neighborhood is quiet. Beautiful even in National City. Definitely would book again!

Dirty, misleading, no resolution.

They have no pictures of the front of the house for a reason. We pulled up to a door with bars and a NO TRESPASSING sign. We went inside to garbage cans full, on the kitchen counter were dirty rags with hair on them. The beds had dirty sheets with boogers on them and boogers on the wall. We had to go buy new sheets so our family could have a place to sleep because the host couldn’t get housecleaners to come until the next day at 3:00 PM when our family was having thanksgiving dinner at 5:00. So I asked if he could bring a mop and cleaner over and he said they are behind the closet door. So we had to clean up everything, Empty the garbage, mop the floors, clean the counters and make the beds. One of the mattresses were on the floor because the previous renters broke the bed frame apparently. No beach towels like the description said. Only 2 spoons in the kitchen and kitchen had a sewer smell to it. I will stop there but there is more. I hope there is a place for pics so you can see.
