We just finished a deep rebuild. Holly House sparkles with all new flooring, paint and a new kitchen to give you a fresh, new modern space. Your comfort matters to us and we`re bringing our best! TVs in every bedroom.



Swing by the nearby Chick-fil-A on the way home and enjoy some southern iced tea while you swing on the front porch and watch children play in their front yards. You`re home

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is conveniently located near the main area. The neighborhood may look a bit lacking, but everyone was very friendly and quiet. I highly recommend this location for anyone visiting the Cleveland, Chattanooga, Tennessee area.

Fall break getaway

We had a very nice stay at Holly House. The house is very nicely remodeled inside. The neighborhood is a family neighborhood but is still quiet in the evenings and feel very safe. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a family home to stay in.

Home away from home

Holly Brook house was a cozy little cottage type house with everything you need to feel like home. The host Bobby is fantastic! Thank you Bobby! You. Made this a great stay.

This was a great stay as we were in town for our son’s wedding. The location was perfect. The house was actually even cooler than the pictures — they’ve opened it up from the living room to the kitchen and dining area, giving it a spacious, comfortable feel. We had all the room we needed.We had one small issue during our stay, but when we called Bobby, he answered by the second ring, took care of it immediately, and even checked back in to make sure everything was good. Bobby and the Holly House are definitely 5-star.We’re in Cleveland often and usually stay with friends or family, but if we ever need a place to stay again, Holly House will be our first choice.

Working Class Neighborhood

The house is very well appointed. The kitchen was missing curtains and could be seen through from the next door neighbor house. Previous renters had left beer cans on the back porch. The neighborhood was very active with kids. No problem there. They were good and respectfully! It was a great stay! Thank you very much!

Thank you so much for your review. Since the kitchen faces the side of the house, I thought curtains weren't necessary (my mistake). I appreciate you letting us know, and I will have curtains installed in the kitchen. I'll also remind my cleaning staff to thoroughly check the property before leaving for the day.
