Fees Upon Arrival

• A 13% resort fee on the nightly rate (before taxes) is required upon check-in. This fee covers the reservation, housekeeping, departure, and in-room amenities.
• Includes: One (1) parking spot per reservation, freshly baked cookies, business services at the condominium front desks. Fax, copier, printer, and wireless internet services, coffee service at the desks and in the room, hot chocolate at the desks, granola bars, sunscreen, postcards and postcard mailing, parking, local calls, USA today and Summit Daily news available at the front desk

• Crib: $25 per stay
