美しいプライベートビーチまで歩いてすぐ、ソフトサンドとサーフィンのある多くのプライベートビーチまで車ですぐです。

私たちの家は4つのベッドルームに3つのバスルームがあり、5つのバスルームがあり、1階にベッドルームがあり、見晴らしの良い上層階にメインのオープンリビングエリアがあります。

タイル張りの大きな通路には、右上の階段があり、左には4つのベッドルームと3つのバスルームがあります（すべてのバスルームは改装済みです）。 この廊下の終わりには階段があり、2階に通じています。

最初のベッドルームにはキングベッドと専用のデッキとスライダーがあり、2番目のベッドルームにはクイーンベッドがあり、3番目のベッドルームにはツインが2つあり、マスターにはクイーンベッドのある暖炉とスライダーがありますパティオとそれはそれ自身の美しい改装されたバスルームです。

2階には、広いオープンコンセプトのキッチン、ガスストーブのあるダイニングエリア、暖炉のあるリビングルーム、両側にデッキのあるダイニングルーム、海と夕日の素晴らしい景色を望む大きなデッキへのスライダー付きのウェットバーのあるファミリールームがあります!!! !!!

Our stay at Just Breathe was unforgettable. Linda was not only incredibly kind and responsive but made us feel truly at home. The pool and spa were absolute highlights—like our own private retreat—where we could completely unwind and watch the most stunning sunsets. Every detail was thought of, making our time on Nantucket both relaxing and special. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

We had an opportunity for a short getaway and Linda's property was the perfect spot- Linda was very accessible, answered all of our questions. The house was stylish, clean, and super comfortable- we loved having all of the different choices of porches to sit on depending on the time of day, mood, etc. The kitchen was super well-stocked for those of us who dont mid cooking on vacation! Will definitely come again.

Great house and great host

My husband and 2 adult daughters and boyfriends stayed at Just Breathe and had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as advertised. Linda couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend!!

Great house! Nicely appointed but very livable and comfortable. Amazing host—we had not previously been to ACK but Linda went out of her way to provide helpful information and suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc.

Spacious and gracious

Linda's home is lovely with tons of room in a great location close to the beach. We had a wonderful time, in no small part because Linda was very helpful and communicative both before and during our stay. I highly recommend the property for a vacation.

Perfect Spot

Linda's home was perfect. Everything needed for a vacation was provided - from a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, beach umbrellas, chairs etc to a comfortable layout and the most fantastic breezes from 5 separate decks. The beach was a short 10 minute walk away, not crowded with fabulous waves. The name of the house is Just Breathe and that is all you need to do.......

Week with the family

We stayed for a week at Just Breathe. Linda was very responsive and thoughtful about making sure we had a great stay. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. It is not near the town, but we knew that going in and made the intentional decision to go further out. Bunnies and deer spotted in the yard, gorgeous sunsets from the roofdeck, incredible running w/ no people in sight, and kids could play in the yard while we were inside, which we could never do at home in the city. We would stay in this home again, and Linda was a wonderful host. Thank you, Linda!

Absolutely wonderful!

The property is beautiful and well maintained with plenty of outdoor space, and plenty of indoor amenities. Easy access to local beaches which were never even remotely crowded, even during high season. Linda could not have been more helpful with a variety of local recommendations for activities. Looking forward to staying here again!

Beautiful home worked perfectly for our family

We had a wonderful time on nantucket. The home owner was a great help in organizing things for our family and making sure we hade everything we needed. She also left us a welcome gift upon our arrival. We will definetly be back! Beautiful home and great location close to beach!

Breathtaking Visit

This was our first time in Nantucket and we are hooked! This home is beautifully renovated and appointed. The owners have truly thought of everything. They provided all the creature comforts to make you feel at home so you can relax and enjoy. It was a nice walk to the beach and the yard was great for the kids to play outside. The decks were great for lounging throughout the day and for watching the sunset. Can't wait to visit again!

Truly felt like a get-away!

We loved our stay at Just Breathe! Not only are Linda and Bruce the nicest people to book with they have thought about every detail in this home. From the ease of accessing the home, to fun board games, cozy sitting areas, plenty of towels, a fire pit and even a gas or wood fire place to make it even more cozy for chilly November nights. Watching the sunset from the decks or living room was spectacular! We gathered every night to watch it dip behind the ocean! We also loved the short walk to the beach. The kids were so excited to collect shells and watch the seals in the surf! I would highly recommend renting this treasure for a family and couples get away. We had three adults and two kids and had plenty of space. I hope to come back with our family again soon! We found a gem in Just Breathe! Thank you to Linda and Bruce for sharing with us!

Wonderful Stay at Just Breathe

We had a wonderful stay at Bruce and Linda's home in Tom Nevers. The house had everything we needed and then some; linens, towels and beach equipment were all there and the kids loved the bikes and ping pong table. The outdoor hammock under the stars was peaceful anytime the day or night. The private beach was just a 5 minute drive or a short bike ride and we felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. I would highly recommend Just Breathe for your Nantucket accommodations and our family will be coming back soon!

Amazing property that truly feels like home

Even before our arrival Linda was accommodating calling to let me know we could check in early if possible. When we got to the home, we were greeted with a lovely welcome bag with snacks and treats. After renting homes on nantucket with friends for the past three years, this home has definitely been our favorite. There are multiple living spaces to enjoy the home and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The property gets a wonderful cross breeze. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the tools you need to cook. The decks are great with wonderful sunsets, and the location was perfect for walks/runs to the beach. There are plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. Basically Linda has thought of everything you could need for a wonderful vacation.

A lovely 4-bedroom house in Tom Nevers

This home was recently renovated with a brand new modern master bath in a very large master bedroom that has a patio off of it with a fire pit and grill. The other 3 bedrooms were smaller but of a decent size. Two additional bathrooms, one an ensuite in the bedroom with the king bed and the other off the hallway were in fine shape. This is an upside-down house and all bedrooms are on the first floor, which also includes a very large "laundry room" that seems to have been converted from a garage. There is a ping pong table in that room and it is great for storing suitcases and such. The upstairs is large, bright, and airy with 3 decks, two of which are furnished comfortably. There are 2 living rooms, one with a fireplace, a large dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The furniture is all new, tastefully done, and very comfortable. The home has window air conditioners and the only room that could be cooler (maybe a larger unit) is the kitchen, but only on very warm days since there is always a breeze. The upstairs has beautiful views of the ocean and are perfect for watching the sunset. There is everything you could want for a beach vacation here- beach towels, some beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Plus there are children's toys and books for the little ones. In short, I highly recommend this wonderful vacation home.

Amazing Nantucket Getaway!

This house is truly amazing! It's clean, spacious and beautifully renovated. We had two families of 4 and fit comfortably. Multiple decks and living spaces allowed for the kids and adults to have their own spaces. A short walk/bike ride/drive to an essentially private beach. Park your car or bike right at the beach - no fighting for a spot. Tons of white sand to chose from! Fantastic waves for boogie boarding, etc. Seals swimming by daily. We even watched whales feeding and playing a short distance off the shore on several of the days - which was truly unbelievable. A quick drive (or bus) into town for shopping/movie at a quaint small theater/fabulous restaurants. The pictures of the sunset don't even do it justice. If you go to Nantucket, this is THE home to stay! Linda and Bruce are fabulous hosts - they have clearly poured their hearts into this home. Don't wait - book now!

Absolute Perfection

This home was perfect! Loved everything about it. Morning walks to the beach was my favorite part of the day. Beautifully decorated and has more room than you could possibly need! For two (or even 3) families traveling together this would be perfect - multiple decks, multiple sitting areas and lots of room to spread out. So close to the beach and centrally located to town - everything is a quick drive (or bike ride!) away. The owners are so informative and helpful and made our stay there that much better (if that's even possible!). Can't wait to return in the summertime. Absolute perfection.

Even during the off-season, you can't do better than this! Immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, this house has everything you could possibly need. Perfectly located between the nearby beach and town, yet situated far enough off the road, giving us lots of privacy. Stop searching..... you found THE house for your perfect Nantucket vacation!

Peak Nantucket

Just a phenomenal place to stay in Nantucket. A stone's throw from the beach, this house more than accommodated our group of six. It has everything you could ask for. Plenty of room. Multiple deck areas to lounge outside. Modern amenities. Nearly everything in the house has been recently updated. Couldn't have asked for a better place to kick our feet up for a long weekend.

We have 3 upper decks, a front porch, back deck and a large patio with fire pit giving you lots of space to entertain! The addition of the new large 40' pool with spa will make you never want to leave!
